Essence Salon and Skin Care Studio was established in 2016, by Virginia Crawford (master stylist) and Naomi Wyman (master esthetican).  We had worked together in a salon for 8 years and felt there was a better more lucrative way  to do business. So we made the tough decision to leave our past commissioned based employer.  Our goal as business owners is to bridge the gap between booth rental and commission pay salons.  We want to offer stylist, massage therapist, or estheticians an opportunity to open their own business, but still have the support of a group.
